In 1832, Antoine Hivert and Victoire Pellevoisin united their names and vision. Six years later, they gave birth to a house — HIVERT PELLEVOISIN — whose initials, HP, would come to embody refinement, heritage, and quiet distinction.
Fate, ever loyal to greatness, intervened once more. In 1858, Auguste Godet married into the lineage, inheriting not only the house, but its spirit. Under his stewardship, HP flourished — its eaux-de-vie maturing gracefully through generations, its reputation echoing far beyond its cellars.

By 1960, production ceased. The house faded into legend — whispered, remembered, but unseen. At the dawn of the 21st century, two lineages converged once more: the 6th generation of the HP family and the 15th generation of the Godet family — to awaken what time could not erase.
